Eye By Proctorme is commercial software provided by Proctorme and is licensed under a proprietary, pay-per-use license.

Use of this software is subject to the terms outlined below and any applicable commercial agreement with Proctorme.

Commercial Usage

Eye By Proctorme is not free or open-source.

To use the software, you must:

  • ✔️ Register an organisation on the Eye dashboard
  • ✔️ Obtain a valid API key
  • ✔️ Use the software within your subscribed or billed usage limits

Access to the widget, APIs, and services may be metered, billed, or restricted based on your plan.

Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted by Proctorme in writing, you may not:

  • ❌ Redistribute the widget or SDK
  • ❌ Resell or sublicense the software
  • ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • ❌ Remove or alter proprietary notices
  • ❌ Use the software without a valid API key or outside approved domains

Ownership

  • All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Proctorme
  • This license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software
  • No ownership rights are transferred

Proctorme shall not be liable for: - Data loss - Business interruption - Indirect or consequential damages

API Key & Domain Enforcement

Access to Eye By Proctorme is enforced using: - API keys - Domain restrictions - Usage monitoring

Requests made from unregistered domains or with invalid credentials will fail.
